Extruders
High-speed double and single-screw extruders are supplied by Xtrutec. For the polyolefin pipe extrusion, Xtrutec single screw extruder applies a combination with grooved feeding barrel and barrier-type screw design to obtain a high plasticizing rate and good melt uniformity.
For PVC extrusion Xtrutec supplies parallel and conical twin-screw extruders depending on production requests.
Xtrutec single screw extruders
XTC single screw extruders have next screw specifications: 25×20, 30×25, 45×25/30, 60×25/30, 75×30, 90×30, 120×30, 150×30 and production output up to 1500 kg/h. We use Austrian B&R or German Siemens computer control systems. Either AC motor (Siemens/ABB) or DC motor can be installed in accordance with customer’s request. We use only best reduction boxes on the market, such as Flender (Germany), Falk (USA), Zambello (Italy) or Cheng brand (China).
Xtrutec conical twin-screw extruders
Xtrutec conical twin-screw extruders are specially designed for PVC material and have next screw specifications: 50/103A, 60/125A and 70/150A with production rate up to 500 kg/h. We have wide experience in production conical twin-screw extruders; hundreds of our machines are successfully installed for producing PVC pipes and technical profiles all over the world.
Xtrutec parallel twin-screw extruders
Xtrutec parallel counter-rotating twin-screw extruders are specially designed for PVC material and have next screw specifications: 75×28A, 92x28A and 107x26A with production rate up to 700 kg/h (U-PVC). A perfectly optimized screw concept provides for very gentle and uniform material processing. Our extruders are ideally suited for manufacturing a wide variety of PVC formulations, such as M-PVC, C-PVC, U-PVC, foamed PVC, etc.
